The brownies and cookies – which has become our standard order – are out of this world. The texture is perfect if, like me, you like them gooey and soft. So no complaints on that front. We've taken to ordering cookies too as they are so good – crumbly, this time, and incredibly moreish. But I want to take the opportunity to point out how good Harry's customer service is. I sent an order to a friend who was having a rubbish time but somehow it ended up being sent to the wrong address and I didn't realise until it was too late. I received a personal response swiftly after emailing to see if there was anything I could do and was assured a replacement order would be dispatched to the correct address. It was, and my friend is every bit as much of a fan as we are too. I hope Harry's goes from strength-to-strength – they thoroughly deserve it.
